RETURN + CANCELLATION POLICY
DAMAGED PRODUCT
We do everything possible to ensure that your merchandise is carefully packaged and protected for shipment, but occasionally things may arrive broken or damaged. Please inspect your purchases when they are received and reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery if there are any issues with your order. We will do our best to have a replacement shipped out to you, if possible, or issue a refund to your credit card.
This policy also applies to merchandise shipped directly from a vendor that may arrive damaged or with a defect. We will communicate with the company on your behalf to fix the problem. Please know that the claims process for damaged merchandise can take two to three weeks to finalize and issue a replacement or credit in these cases and that you may need to send photographs of the damage or defect.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that mistakes happen and you may unintentionally place an order or purchase the wrong product or quantity. If this happens, please contact us within one hour of placing your order and we will be happy to adjust your purchase or refund your order minus any payment processing fees. After your order has been placed with our vendors, we are unable to cancel the order or make changes to your shipping address.
Return Policy:
DECOR + VINTAGE
We work hard to hand select the décor and vintage merchandise that is offered for sale, ensuring that each piece is something you would be happy to display. Each product is photographed to help you see exactly what you are purchasing and product descriptions are written to give you an accurate idea of size, color, and condition. If however you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will gladly accept a return of the item and issue a refund. Due to high shipping costs at this time, I do require that you, the customer, cover the cost of the return shipping in the case of a return. Refunds will be made to your original method of payment, less shipping charges. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt of your return to see your refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Refunds will be made back to your original form of payment.

RUGS
For whatever reason, if you are not completely satisfied with your rug purchase you may initiate a return of your unused rug within 15 days of your delivery date by emailing us at shopandersonandgrant@gmail.com. Currently, we are offering free shipping on the return of your rugs through FedEx as long as the return policy is followed. You will be emailed a shipping label for your rug after we have processed the return with the vendor. The rug can be dropped off at any FedEx location/store or you may call FedEx customer service to schedule a pickup from your home. If you would like to return your rug through a different shipping service, you may do so at your own expense.
Rugs must be sent back in the same shipping dimensions as how they arrived and in their original wrapping if possible. If the rug is not packaged properly for returns, there may be extra shipping charges deducted from the total refund of your order as the labels are created by the vend based on the dimensions of the original shipment.
Once your unused item is received and evaluated by the vendor, you will receive an email notification confirming your return. Credit for your purchase will be applied to your account normally within seven to ten days after receipt of the return.
If the returned item is damaged due to improper packaging or if the return shipping is being subjected to a surcharge on the delivery company’s end due to improper shipping dimensions, your refund may be deducted between 10%-20% of the price of the product.
Returns must be made within 60 days of receiving your order and be returned in the same condition as delivered.
FURNITURE
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to resolve the issue immediately. Please contact us (andersonandgrant@live.com) to initiate the return within 15 days of your delivery date. Most furniture pieces are available for return, but you are responsible for shipping the product back and all shipping charges. Up to 20% may be deducted as a restocking fee depending on the vendor that it is shipping from. Products need to be returned in original packaging and packaging materials to ensure credit is received. Refunds typically are processed within 21 business days back to your original form of payment.
