SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping time varies as some products (like rugs and furniture) ship directly from the vendor, while most décor and vintage merchandise is in stock and ready for direct shipment to you within two business days. Specific information will generally be specified in each product description for items shipping outside of the two-day time frame.
Backorder dates are subject to change based on manufacturer production.
Transit times vary depending on the product ordered and your location. Once shipped you should expect your order to normally arrive in two to seven business days. Tracking information will be sent to you once the package(s) has been shipped, so that you know exactly when your purchase should arrive. Your order may come in multiple boxes if the items are shipping from different suppliers.
Each order under $65 will be shipped for a flat rate of $9. Orders over $65 will ship for free. We strive to keep the cost as low as possible by working with multiple shipping partners.
Rugs and furniture will be shipped by a third-party provider with transit taking between seven to ten business days.
Oversized furniture like sofas include white glove delivery free of charge to your location. This includes delivery up two flights of stairs, assembly if needed, and removal of any packing material. You will be contacted directly by our shipping partners to set up a delivery time that works for you. Product listings will specify if the white glove delivery service is included.
At this time, most items ship only to the continental United States and we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or foreign countries. Exclusions to this rule are listed in the specific product descriptions below.
Rugs are shipped using FedEx throughout the contiguous United States from Georgia. They will typically arrive in a one to five day time period. A freight company may be used for deliveries of rugs 9’x12’ or larger and will take longer to arrive.
Rugs are available to be shipped outside the United States through FedEx, but you will be responsible for the shipping cost. If you are interested in purchasing a rug, please contact us with what you would like to buy and your shipping address so that we can accurately determine your rug’s cost. No orders will be placed until we have your confirmation. Please know, however, that returns cannot be process for international orders and the vendor will not guarantee resolution of damaged or defective orders.
Furniture is shipped by UPS, FedEx or a freight company depending on the vendor and size of the piece. Delivery times vary. Some furniture pieces are available for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or internationally. Please contact us (email@example.com) with the item(s) you are interested in and your shipping address for an accurate cost and availability No orders will be placed until we have your confirmation.
We work hard to keep our site updated to reflect the most accurate stock and estimated shipping times from our multiple vendors. Occasionally, however, we may not learn an item is out of stock until we place your order. We will notify you of any changes to your order and possible shipping timelines to see if you would like to wait for the backordered item to become available.
For items that are currently out of stock, you have the option of putting your email address into the form on the product page to be notified when the item is once again available.
